Costa Koulis, founder of the Live Board™, had seen the revolutionary impact online which live images and property information had made to buying and selling real estate worldwide and then thought of ways to bring that impact on site and to the point of sale.

A team was then setup to undertake research and development of the world’s first live real estate sign board. Upon completion, a patent with the Australian government was lodged and the world’s first Live Board™ was then finally unveiled outside a terrace of the Inner Sydney suburb of Glebe in January 2005.
