It is the next generation of the old real estate sign board. The Live Board™ is the world's first LCD motion sign board and has been created right here in Australia. We are no longer limited to a few still images at the point of sale. It is designed to sell, inform and above all capture the attention of the buyer, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, throughout the entire property sales campaign.

Costa Koulis, founder of the Live Board™ and CEO of Costa Koulis, had seen the revolutionary impact which the online virtual tour had made to buying and selling property
worldwide and then thought of ways to bring that impact on site and to the point of sale. The next logical step was to make an improvement to the old real estate sign board.

A team was then setup to undertake research and development of the world’s first LCD motion real estate sign board. Upon completion, a patent with the Australian government was lodged and the world’s first Live Board™ was then finally unveiled outside a terrace of the Inner Sydney suburb of Glebe in January 2005.

How secure is it? Weatherproofing & security were the first notable design achievements by the development team. The material which it is made of is virtually bullet proof. It incorporates ATM technology, yet unlike an ATM, the value of its contents is actually very low.
